If you are residing in Shanghai or surrounding districts, you are advised to register with the Consulate General of Malaysia in Shanghai. "All completed forms must be "signed" by the Applicant. Without the signature of the Applicant, the application will not be processed. The duly completed & signed application form can be submitted via e-mail (as an attachment) or by fax. Alternatively, it can be submitted in person (or by post) to the Consulate General Office of Shanghai."
